Jimmy B. Reeves, May 13, 1934 — September 10, 2012
My mom’s Uncle Chub — my great uncle, and my Grandma Jean‘s only sibling — passed away a week ago yesterday. I was traveling and couldn’t make it to his service on Friday, but I immediately thought of the photo above that I’d come across in my digging and figured I would share it (and others, below) this week in his memory. I’m not sure when or where these were taken, but they are awesome. Rest in peace Uncle Chub, and tell Grandma and Grandpa hello for us.

I was going to check and see if you’d seen them! They were in a box Uncle Steve had, I guess from Grandma Jean and Grandpa Fred’s stuff. I can bring them up to Greenville next week if you like — Jon and I will be visiting Steve for a night.
